The basic plan should be adequate for professionals and small businesses, while the more expensive plan(s) would be for midsize businesses and enterprises. The E1 and E3 (middle and high end) plans include integration with Microsoft Active Directory, and the E3 plan even includes licenses for Office Professional Plus 2010 for up to 5 users.

Each user gets 25GB of storage, contacts are synced across all devices, and you can setup custom rules and notifications. Calendars can be shared throughout your team. You can run your email accounts through your domain name. New users and groups can be setup in a few clicks, and deleted accounts can be restored. Office Web Apps are the online equivalents to the regular Office applications. Easily edit, save and share your documents from anywhere, just like you would with your normal applications.

Plus with the project management tops, everyone stays on the same page regarding proposals, reports, budgets and more.
